Looking for your best aiming tips when playing on higher ping servers. Also, your weapon choices.

Get close, and use the minigun

You have to use you best guess (practice and experience) as to where the target actually is.
Shoot ahead of target a bit.

I have always heard you have to lead aim because where the player is at on your screen really isn't the case on the server side.

Newnet, and zero ping servers will help some, but the zero ping is instagib. I think, not sure about Newnet?

I will add some insight to this old "somewhat familiar" topic.
If you don't know your opponents tendencies then yes...lead and hope for the best.
But if you are a regular and play against regulars...then learn their patterns and habits.
Some players dodge all day long, some jump and retreat, others spray and pray.
If you watch closely you will see habits.
Soon you will beat them at their own game.
