ATTN: When reporting bad files on the redirect.

It is very important that you get the case correct when you are letting me know about a corrupted/bad file located on one of the redirect servers. If you tell me a file name that isn't correctly "case exact", then I wont be able to find the file unless I go searching for it which is something I don't generally have time to do.

Example:

SWX.u.uz2 ≠ swx.u.uz2

Those are two completely different files, so if the file name is really SWX.u.uz2 and you tell me swx.u.uz2, I'm going to copy that exactly like swx.u.uz2 but the system will not find it because it should be written like SWX.u.uz2.

It's also very important that you tell me the entire file name, not just the beginning of the file assuming I will know the extension.

Also it will help if you let me know which redirect it's located on, even though I can usually figure it out by the file extension but UT2k4 and UT2k3 use the same extension.

About UT99, there is not a single problem.

1) Organic.utx.uz is useless, I didn't see any map to not run without it, is just messing with Organic.umx.uz. and Organic.umx as i remember is a stock file not really downloadable but anyway that UTX is just a crap.

2) Files with extension ukx and usk are uploaded for nothing, is just wasting space and slow down disk acces.

3) For any guy interested in a bit of logic do not upload INT, a player will never download an INT or INI file. Settings from INI are sent directly from server to client when client is contacting server.

4) I think some maps assumed for MonsterHunt bad ported without an End can be removed since not works ever in a server.

5) This type of files are used by somebody ? ACE_69_90_34_109_7777_cur_temp.u.uz.

Guys you should say thanks a lot for this public redirect, and will be better to not throw your garbage there.

Yeah I wish I had more time to police it, but working 12+ hours a day leaves me with little motivation to want to get on the PC. I need help. :(

I have no idea what is on the FTP. I haven't looked in a while. If you have time to maintain it then I can give you access to ut-files.com FTP and you can transfer stuff to it.

Ok i can try controlling and move but just "UnrealTournament_Files". I am not qualified to recognize other files than UT99.

Do not overwrite files except when 0 ko :boink:
