i put the ip and username, password.. i recieved to gmail the information..but does not work on ftp

He, Skillz, is not saying you spammed. He's saying others in the past have spammed which is why the ability to upload is now so regulated. Just take a breath, calm down, and do as he showed you so you can upload stuff.
