VulgarPackage (voicepack) UT99 - Error when downloading

Hello,

I recently uploaded a file named:

"VulgarPackage.u.uz"

I get a "tick" error when downloading while connecting to the server on multiple clients (vanilla, portable etc).

(It works locally without redirect tho... What can be the issue ? thank you!

the one on the ut-files redirect is 408 ko

If no ; uncompress the ut-files one and put it on your server
