We had somewhat the same rule over at ut99.org a long time ago (2 posts only though), really to avoid the problem of bandwidth and traffic (which Shade had it very limited back then).

Well, you can always download MonsterHunt and NW2 again (lots of active downloads around the world for these 2).

Go to Moddb.com, to the Unreal Tournament section, and you will see MH and other mods you might like there and which you might be missing.

Of course it is.. extract them from the game or model them by yourself including skinning and animating. At the end the weapons need to be scripted for using. But well, if you look closelly at all the screenshots, unless he modifies the engine to support some stuff, it won't be either possible, or ...

UT relies heavily on the CPU for lower resolutions, if you crank the resolution up much higher it relies more on the GPU. Really, where did you know THAT? First time I hear that.
