I think it is just most of the maps in the server.
Any map I tried to go to would just bring me back to the canyon place.

In the Dead City 2 and 2+, u have to go to the cave, get into the cave with the little pools of lava, run through them all and run into theteleporter. but when i did that sometimes the teleporter was not there. it seems there is something that triggers the teleporter on.
