I don't think it's a bug. 9999 must be the highest score that can be displayed in this part of the HUD.

On placement of monsters, they just sit there until attacked. Where can I alter the "see a human, try to kill them immediately" setting? I don't know if that would help but you can increase the number in the monsters properties AI > SightRadius. Or maybe change PeripheralVision and/or HearingThresh...

To answer first question, the mover properties need to be set like this:

Mover -> EncroachDamage = [put a very big number here]
-> MoverEncroachType = ME_CrushWhenEncroach

To answer the second question, the one who triggers the crusher gets the frag(s), so make a button or trigger system.

The Manifest files are included to be added into your existing Manifest file. These files are used to keep track of mods installed. It allows you to easily uninstall mods by using UT's uninstaller. Sorry, I give up on the map list, it's not as simple as comparing map names, too many different versions of a same map, etc. By the way, there are some maps in pack 3 and 5 that are set for gameclass MA_Survivor (MA for Marines, not for MonsterArena). I don't know what is this mod but it's not monst...
