Can't work. As InitialState=TriggerOpenTimed it won't move when you get on it.

Give to each group of PlayerStarts, at the beginning of the map and at the village, a common Tag (for example start1 and start2). Make sure the 2nd group is bEnabled=False. Place a Trigger at the village entrance, with bTriggerOnceOnly=True and an Event. Then place a Dispatcher whose Tag is the same...
