Map vote if you're using mapvote. It will auto load the mutator when the server starts. Otherwise, you don't need it. Just open web admin and load the mutator that way. If the server restarts though, you'll have to add it in web admin again.

Windows is case-insensitive. Meaning, like you sad ABC.exe is the same as abc.exe. Linux is case-sensitive. Meaning, like you said, ./ucc and ./UCC are two different files. No you can not have more than one redirect server in your INI. It will only load one. However, there are ways to use multiple redirects; but this is done on the redirect/apache server side using PHP. How did you get UT99 on a Raspberry Pi? The Raspberry Pi runs an ARM processor and to my knowledge there is no build of UT that can run on ARM.
