well i did something on filezilla and it worked, what do i do now?

I cant, it wont let me do ANYTHING, it keep refusing to connect and continuously shows a 'fatal error: login authentication failed'.. nothing is working.

*Facepalm* ... nothing is working.. i even tried 'filezilla' but it's giving me an expired certificate fatal error.

I tried but both seem to be invalid.

Would you happen to know the password?
