I don't believe so. Chaos mod was not one of my favorites, but I believe the torrent I uploaded may have contained it.

Skillz uses Filezilla also. Make sure your transfer type is set to binary. I use FlashFXP but it's not free, and if you're doing a lot of uploads at a time (~500+ files) I'd recommend filezilla also.
