The MH mod is a bi***, it overrides a LOT of the default bot AI and ofcause also for monsters (ScriptedPawn). But you will soon find out hehe.

And yes, the "running effect" is an animation, but i'm positive it's called from inside a state somewhere. Because that's how the core of AI is coded.

I'm sry if I cannot be specific eneough, it's a bit hard to explain the techs for me is english is not my native language.

Your english is perfect.

I saw the same behavior in two other MH maps when testing with bots only.

I think i might have to redo my layout to be more linear. They seem to act right when they have one path to go.

I know bots are not a big deal to some but to me it is a big deal to get them to work for practice matches offline.

I tried the "goal" attributes in the advanced tab. They didn't do anything.

If you want to make Monsters "Befriend" the player, you'll have to use some third party content...

Try downloading the SP Mod Operation: Na Pali.
Here is what you'll have: (Stuff in Red is the ONP Stuff)

These new classes will obey the player... I have not tried them outside the TVSP Gametype so I don't know exactly what might happen... Note: ScriptedMale supports the Soldier, boss and Commando meshes, and ScriptedFemale supports Sgirl and FCommando

I HAVE Gotten TSKM (Skaarj Hybrid) to work, HOWEVER, it doesn't die properly (=Scripting, which =Me fail :P)

Hope I haven't confused the hell out of you :P

Ah, nice. I'll check that out and see what happens.

Any ideas about the running in place bots?

There's a bug in the MH AI. It means they've been given the ATTACK order. Give them the FREELANCE order instead, and all is well
