I can not find a mod that adds more blood in the game
anyone know it?

its called moregore but dont use the settign to high it will lag alot

What you really need, is 2 mutators.

My updated version of the MoreGore, available here:

(File MGP_v3.3.zip attached to the 4th post)
That version will support much higher gib levels than the original, and will also
work on servers much better.

Both versions of MoreGore primarily add gibs, and only minimum extra blood effects.

If you want more blood effects you should also run my MoreBlood mutator along with MoreGore Plus.
