Hello, I would suggest that when uploading files, the files permissions must be set to chmod 444 (read-only for everyone), so that no one could delete files, or you should make user instead of using the public user, so that user could only delete their own files.

What do you think? The problem of this chmod 444 idea is that if the user uploaded a wrong file, he needs to delete the file, but he can't.

EDIT: The user could do chmod 444 on his own file.

I watch the logs daily, if I see someone deleting file(s) they didn't upload, then I ban their IP. The person uploading the file(s) should post in here that they've uploaded them, otherwise I have no idea what they are. Their are a bunch of files in the upload right now, but I don't know where they belong, what they do or anything. Don't really have the time to go find out either.
