Did you try googling it 1st to find it?

Anyways I did & found this on a forum:
The SFTechPack1 texture file is from the Spatial Fear package. Xenome is missing a bunch of Texture files from Spatial Fear.
Thus get package here & install the texture in it's proper spot to make it work: http://filebeam.com/393bf9c860e56500d0b6360ff364ea11

If you cannot find it, as temporary variant you have decision:
- If missing file's name contains some information what type it is (for example "bla-blaVoice" => it's a Sound, or "bla-blaTex" => Texture, etc). Then you go to the that folder and copy ANY file to same folder and name it like missing file. Try to launch map again.
- If missing file's doesn't say what type it is, then you must search all variants (sounds/music/texture).
