hey, the redirect sent the new password but i still cant get it to work, why? it sent 2 emails instead of just 1 too (1 is duplicate)

any ideas what could have been wrong?

this is what i get:

User ********* OK. Password required
Command: PASS ******************************** (please note the password character numbers do not match the actual password character numbers for security purposes)
Reply: 530 Login authentication failed
