Little kids playing the server.
One was on right now
Constant caps
Shooting/boosting
Consant Abusive/Racist comments.
Name went by 'Niggah-Kp...' Something like that.

What exactly can we do against this?

If it's at all possible, take screen shots of the offensive behavior or make a demo of it and record it then give it to me. Also giving me the time/date and the map in question will help me track down the logs.

After that, I'll just ban the idiots.
