Just my opinion, but why not make it from scratch? Instead of editing a pre existing map. :hsdunno:

It'll be easier to re-do a map that is basically fine in structure, but needs rework in many areas for better gaming. That at least is a start cosmetically speaking, but one must begin from there & work their way to the end.

Blizz and I will be using dead city as a reference. Ideally I would like to retexture the whole thing, as you can see the difference a proper texture import can make. I know he has some rather grand ideas about things and so do I. I doubt you'll see "dead city" in it.

ok here are already 2 pics of 2 buildings i replaced
the building at the end of the street (not the one on the left and right they are just original retextured buildings that still need to be replaced)

OK, got the new zombie classes coded. There are sounds, textures, etc. Pretty soon we can test the default properties and see how to have the zombies attack, etc.

My friend XpanD is doing a compilation of all the 4 dead cities, all the cities in one, plus a new one that he's gonna make :)

i already did all the deadcity's in one map called MH-Deadcity saga

Please postal, Mind the mipmaps for that texture :P

Oh, one more thing, If you're using the zombies from deadcity still you might want to take a look at the unreal skinpacks Female1Skins, Female2skins, Male1skins, Male2skins and male3skins. All of them have a "Gib" skin wich looks far more cheeky for zombies than the original deadcity gib skin... Just take a look ;)

Totally redone already. That was actually a tough call. The zombie texture goes across several models so you have to keep it generic
