Stuff you download when you connect to a server.

So you counted them individually yourself?

No. You can convert them if you want to. By default the files are deleted every 30 days.

You can either convert them manually, or you can run a program like Cache Cleaner.

Cache works just like it does on the web. They are files downloaded from servers you visited. These files are either from maps you play, or from mods/mutators that the server runs.

There really is no need to convert your cache, unless you actually want a certain map or file. (Converting it is simply renaming the file and moving it to the proper UT folder.)

Having a large cache shouldn't crash your game, and won't affect your gameplay, but a large cache CAN cause minor lag and/or a small freeze when you attempt to download files from a server, though.

The other benefit of converting the cache is so you'll never have to download it again, unless you reinstall UT often and/or change the number of days it stays in the ini from 30 to something much higher.

Otherwise you'll be downloading the same stuff every 30 days.

its best to change a line in your UT.ini file from PurgeCacheDays=30 To PurgeCacheDays=0 0 means it is never deleted
